The United Nations has recently issued several condemnations and taken actions concerning Israel's military operations and policies:

Airstrikes in Yemen: On December 26, 2024, UN Secretary-General António Guterres condemned Israel's airstrikes on Yemen's Houthi-controlled Sanaa airport, labeling them "especially alarming." These strikes resulted in civilian casualties, including the deaths of at least three people and injuries to several others, among them a UN staff member. Guterres called for all parties to cease military actions and exercise utmost restraint.
