End to the Assad Regime

Hatay, Turkey (2 miles from Syrian Border) -- Friday (Jummah), July 27, 2012

Islam Newsroom Contact A.A. Tells Us:

EX-GENERAL JOINS REBELS WITH TAKE-OVER PLAN
A former Syrian general who is now trying to plot the downfall of the Assad regime from a refugee camp in Turkey has called for an inclusive interim government to avert a descent into all-out civil war.

'The way out of the current crisis is the formation of an interim government that includes all ethnic groups in Syria and that works in coordination with the military council,' Brigadier General Fayez Amr told AFP.

Amr is a member of the military council made up of Syrian army deserters who are staying in Apaydin camp in southern Turkey's Hatay province, about four kilometres from the border.

TURKEY GIVES REFUGE STATUS TO SYRIAN ARMY DESERTERS
Turkey has provided sanctuary to deserting senior army officers who are working with the rebel Free Syrian Army to encourage mass defections to its ranks.

Turkish officials say 27 defected generals and their families are staying in the camp. The government has barred access to the camp for journalists, but the deserters speak to the media by telephone or Skype.

In a telephone interview, Amr complained of lack of unity within the Syrian opposition.

'Let's not deceive ourselves. I cannot see any unity among Syrian opposition factions,' the general told AFP.

'There is no unity within the Free Syrian Army, nor within the Syrian National Council.'

BOMB KILLS REGIME TOP AIDES
As the fighting in Syria has intensified since a bomb attack this month that killed the regime's key security aides, fears are rising over the lack of agreement among opposition factions on leadership for a transitional government that could be a credible alternative to President Bashar al-Assad.

SNC UNABLE TO UNITE REBELS
The Syrian National Council (SNC) has so far acted as the international face of the revolution, but it has been unable to unite dozens of disparate rebel factions.

'We established the higher council with the army defectors in Turkey, but this council has not received adequate support from the SNC,' Amr said.

DEFECTOR WARNS REBELS OF REGIME WEAPONRY
The defector also sounded cautious despite reports that rebel forces were advancing in Syria's northern city Aleppo to counter regime forces after seizing several border posts along the Turkish frontier.

'The revolutionaries have made advances on the ground, but we should not forget how merciless the regime is and what heavy weaponry it possesses,' Amr said.

'Even though 70 per cent of Aleppo was captured by the revolutionaries, there are ongoing massacres in other cities.'

To Minow1 and to Benson_May Allah bless you both__The solution is not in any other but those who do this:__By Al-'Asr (the time). (1) Verily, man is in loss, (2) Except those who believe (in Islâmic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth (i.e. order one another to perform all kinds of good deeds (Al-Ma'ruf) which Allâh has ordained, and abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds (Al-Munkar) which Allâh has forbidden), and recommend one another to patience (for the sufferings, harms, and injuries which one may encounter in Allâh's Cause during preaching His religion of Islâmic Monotheism or Jihâd). (3)_Sura 103 - Al-Asr__Read the three verses of surah al asr. It contains the four things necessary for human success._1. Belief (in islamic monotheism)_2.G ood deeds_3.Encoura ging each other to good (dhawah etc)_4.Encourag ing each other to Patience_Peace! _

To Benson - we are not ready for Last Days man.
You have to think of the people. Muslims todya do not even follow true Islam.
All this killing bombing blowing up and kiling each other man, this is not Islam.
You know how many innocent people dying out their right now?
We pray in Ramadan for guidance to all the people eveyrwhere not just the Muslims only but everyone.
Take it easy on what we pray for man.

To Minow1
i already thought abuot this too many times and i want these kufar leaders to go to hell where they belong.
It is too much and too long for us to suffer over and over all around dthe world.
You don't know how they did to us in Egypt and you can see it is worse in Syria.
Brother make dua for Allah to end this crazy stuff and save our people.
#4 Minow1 2012-07-27 06:29
to Benson - you need to think about that for a minute becuase if Allah does send the Mahdi and Jesus back to earth, what that gonig to mean to all the people?
and what about the meshih aldijjal the anti-christ coming back.
take care on your duas to Allah because we might not be ready for all this.

We all have to trust Allah and follow His religion. that is only correct answer. Wars and revolutions do no good until we ready to put real Islam first and make sure peole dont think it is terrosism or violence.
united nations could help but maybe they afraid more of what happends if muslims trying to do shr'iah law.
They get scared and dont do nothing while muslims being killed by muslims?
this is too much fitnah and we ask Allah send the Mahdi and Jesus back to earth.

I agree with AA, you have to get help from Allah in these decisions._Ths is not just a day school planning a picnic here._Millions of lives are at stake. Biliions of dolars and who knows how much wealth in ohter things too?_I would like to know more about all parties involved before saying too much._And YES, we do have to make salatul istkharah, but let's be sure we are all making the 5 daily prayers too._o yeah, and fasting ramadan._Come on, we can't ask Allah for help but we dont follow Islam._Hes not going to change our condition until we change ourselves.

we have seen what happened in Egypt and what is now going on today.
how will this man's plan be any different than realities we ares facing already in Cairo?
Who put this guy in charge anyway?
If he was a general - why did he just now come over to resistance side?
How do we know he is not still working for the regime?
His plan could put the same people in place, like Mubarak tried in Misr.
I say to my bxrothers in Syria -- Take it easy, think it through and make salatul istakharah. Thats it from me.
