December 6, 2010 -- Pakistan/Afghanistan border town of Mir Ali... But that is not the first time, not at all.
Confirmed Dead - 1,700+ just in 2010 and at least half that amount last year (2009), but that is not the total according to Google and the News media...
Let's pray for that number to go all the way down to zero next year, ameen...

A suspected U.S. drone strike in Pakistan's tribal region Monday killed three more suspected militants and two more civilians, Pakistani intelligence officials tell CNN.

Today - More drones are confirmed to have killed another 5 people according to two intelligence officials who say a drone fired two missiles at a vehicle carrying three militants in the village of KhushHali which is near the town of Mir Ali in North Waziristan, one of the seven districts of Pakistan's volatile tribal region bordering Afghanistan.

The sources say one militant was able to escape from the car and hide inside a nearby shop. The drone then fired two more missiles at the shop killing the militant, as well as two civilians inside.

Based on a count by the CNN Islamabad bureau, Monday's suspected drone strike was the 98th this year compared to 52 in all of 2009.

The officials asked not be named because they were not authorized to talk to the media.

Take a good look over this year (since December 30, 2009 last year)... 100 dead? How many innocent women, children, elders or young teens? We'll never know:
