Unofficially - We heard Afia Siddiqui may soon be released from prison.
Allahu Akbar! Al Hamdulillah!

Afia has lost her family, children, career, honor, dignity and suffered beyond human imagination.
Yet, she still holds tight to her belief in Allah.
But will she ever smile again?
Allah Only Knows!

I'm going to be brief, because I don't want to distract any recipient of this message from the very important video contained in the link below - video footage that I consider a God-send!

(And I thank my friend Andy in Houston, Texas, for bringing it to my attention right after it was brought to his.)

I've been asked the question (on more than one occasion),
"What makes Aafia Siddiqui so special, when there are a large [and growing] number of Muslims unjustly imprisoned?"
After you watch the video below, not only will you have the answer to that question, you will also have a better understanding of why this case has touched Br. Saalakhan so deeply.

It breaks my heart to see the muslims getting screwed like this everywhere and apparently since a long time ago, why are we in this "coma"? Why aren't we doing something? Why are we so weak? this is too painful

they should file a wrongful imprisionment lawsuit. when she gets out of prision, she should leave the usa & tell her story to everyone. then everyone will know how the west has liberated women. may all protects us all & not give us a burden we can not bear.

I am so deeply touched by this video. A lot of people know her story, but nobody tried to do anything to help her. What should we do to help her? I posted her video to my facebook profile, and ask everyone to please share, but our brothers and sisters are so cold hearted. They didn't even bother to share her video. What has happened to us? Please my brothers and sisters in Islam, speak up for her. Sheikh please advise us how can we help her.
