When I began learning about Islam, before I heard of Sheikh Yusuf, I began listening to Sheikh Anwar's lectures. Because of his talks I was taught a lot about Islam that I did not know. I learned and love every moment. __When I heard he was murdered, and for the reasons why, I was shocked. Nothing he said [that I know of] ever shown ideas of harm to anyone. I never met him but it felt like he was family. May Allah forgive those who harmed him, and bring them into Islam.__May Allah welcome Anwar into paradise and all who Allah wills. Nobody is perfect and we must hate evil actions, not people, at any time they may come to Islam. So please forgive those who killed him, they were mislead remember!__May Allah guide us all to the straight path. Allah knows all and knows best.

MAY ALLAH HAVE MERCY ON SHEIKH ANWAR I LITERALLY CRIED WHEN I HEARD ABOUT HIS DEATH. ALLAH ALAM WHAT HIS AFFILIATIONS WERE WITH TERRORISTS, BUT HE WAS TRULY A LIGHT FOR US.
