Bahrain Military Shoot Protestors
For the most part, Shiite rebels in Bahrain have a hard time getting their voices heard. This has been true for decades, even though the vast majority of the tiny island just off the coast of Saudi Arabia are of the Shiite sect.
The royal or ruling family of Bahrain are of the Sunni sect and do not recognize Shiite as being entitled to protest on their demands.
The rulers of Bahrain asked Saudi Arabian leaders to bring in military to help "keep the peace and security" in their kingdom.
As things progressed (or degressed?) we know now, it is a much more serious situation than just maintaining "security".
Military even invading hospitals and clinics, keeping injured and dying from getting proper treatment.
