ISLAM NEWSROOM: "Indiana MSA Plans Hajj Workshop"

Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s MSA (Muslim Student Association) to host a cool workshop this coming Tuesday 5PM in Hadley Union Building "OHIO" room.

Title is "Hajj and Eid Al Adha" - and it's interactive discussion about the celebration upon completing the Fifth pillar of Islam - The Hajj (Pilgrimage).

In Arabic, "EID" means "festival" and adha refers to the sacrifice made by Ibrahim (Abraham) peace be upon him, on the occassion of Allah asking him to make the "sacrifice" of his son, and then at the last minute providing Ibrahim with a ram to sacrifice instead.
